- Motors are designed using enamelled copper wire of ‘F’ class insulation. Efficient design consumes low power, thereby less cost of operation.
- The motors are compact and light in weight.
- The motors are filled with special food grade non-toxic dielectric oil, which lubricates the ball bearings. It also offers insulation and thermal properties which increases the reliability of the motor.
- Stator of the motor is made of corrosion-resistant Stainless steel.
- The motors are permanently split capacitor types, which do not require the starting capacitor. Due to this, cost of the Control Panel reduces substantially.
- The cable consists of three-wire removable cable with watertight connector. This helps in changing of the cable, if required, without dismantling the motor.
- All rotating components and assemblies are dynamically balanced to ensure long bearing life and vibration free smooth operation.
- The motors are designed for a wide voltage range of operation and are suitable for installation in areas experiencing wide voltage fluctuations.

- Stator : Vacuum impregnated with class ‘F’ insulation.
- Windings : Enamelled copper wire with class ‘F’ insulation.
- Cable Sealing Arrangement : Designed such that no borewell water with sand can enter the motor.
- Pressure Equalizing Diaphragm : Sufficient size for expansion of oil inside the motor to prevent loss of oil.
- Impellers : High quality abrasion resistant Noryl.
- Bowls : High grade Noryl.
- Ball Bearings : Heavy duty ball bearings on both ends.
- Shaft : Stainless steel of adequate size to ensure rigidity and ground to close tolerances.
- Suction Casing : Provided with perforated stainless steel strainer with minimum friction.
- Seal : Mechanical seal/oil seal provided to protect entering of water and sand in motor.
