Office Clerk

Office clerk required with minimum 5 years of work experience in an organisation of repute. The candidate should be minimum Graduate and must know typing and short hand. Security Supervisor

Security Officer required with minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in an organisation of repute. The candidate should be minimum Graduate and must have worked in a similar capacity. Candidates from Army background and physically active shall be preferred. Will be reporting to the Senior Security Supervisor. Ideally in the age bracket of 45 to 55 years.

Responsibilities & Duties:

As a security supervisor you will be looking after security arrangements of the facility. Required to handle efficiently a team of security guards on a daily basis. Responsible for preparing and implementing the duty roister chart for the security guards. Will be working along side a team of Security Supervisors looking after similar duties and responsibilities.

Duty Hours:

Will work in rotation for 8 hours shift with roistered weekly leave.

Manager Production

Interested candidate must have minimum 10 years of work experience at a similar post in an organisation of repute.  The candidate should be minimum B.E / B.Tech / Graduate either in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Technology. Post graduation in Engineering or Management stream will be preferred. Minimum age 45 years.

Responsibilities & Duties:

As Manager Production, you will be required to look after the over all production planning of the organisation. Will be responsible for operational efficiency of the plant, equipment and machinery. Will co-ordinate with the Sales & Marketing Manager as and when required to to generate production schedules. Will co-ordinate with the Purchase section to ensure timely purchases of raw material and consumable spares as per the production schedules. Will ensure achievement of daily / weekly / monthly production targets. To identify process bottlenecks and de-congestion of processes to ensure optimum output. Will identify and plan training and other resource requirements to ensure compliance of production targets.

Duty Hours:

8 Hours with one weekly off day.

Foundry Supervisor

Interested candidate must have minimum 5 years of work experience at a similar post in an organisation of repute.  The candidate should be minimum Graduate / B.E / B.Tech / Diploma  in Mechanical / Foundry Practices. Minimum age 45 years. Practical knowledge of running a cupola furnace must. Experience of running an induction furnace will be an advantage. Should have knowledge of foundry practices for Green sand and molasses sand foundry. Candidates with practical experience of chemical testing, sand testing and use of other quality apparatus will be preferred. Should have experience in managing shot blast and tum-blast machines.

Responsibilities & Duties:

As Foundry Supervisor, you will be required to look after the over all production of the foundry. Will be responsible for operational efficiency of the plant, and machinery in the foundry. Will co-ordinate on a daily basis or as and when required with the Manager Production to ensure meeting of to heat wise casting targets. Delegate and monitor the output of each and every molder. Regularly monitor and ensure compliance of the set production and quality procedures. Monitor and control heat wise quality of cast metal and maintain relevant records. Co-ordinate with maintenance department to ensure preventive maintenance of plant and machinery and ensure meeting of production targets. Will ensure achievement of daily / weekly / monthly production targets. To identify process bottlenecks and de-congestion of processes to ensure optimum output. Will identify and plan training and other resource requirements to ensure compliance of production targets.

Supervisor / Foreman Electrical

Interested candidate must have minimum 5 years of work experience at a similar post in an organisation of repute.  The candidate should be minimum Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Electrical field. Minimum age 45 years. Practical knowledge of winding of electric motors, monoblock pumps and submersible pumps is must. Should have experience in production planning and daily work allocation to winders. Should have experience in handling 25 to 30 winders on a daily basis.

Responsibilities & Duties:

As Supervisor / Foreman Electrical, you will be required to look after the over all production of the winding shop. Will be responsible for daily production targets and compliance of various test parameters for the wound motor. Will co-ordinate on a daily basis or as and when required with the Manager Production to ensure meeting of to production targets. Delegate and monitor the output of each and every winder and ensure that all wound stators comply to various test parameters. Regularly monitor and ensure compliance of the set production and quality procedures and maintain relevant records. Co-ordinate with maintenance department to ensure preventive maintenance of plant and machinery and ensure meeting of production targets. Will ensure achievement of daily / weekly / monthly production targets. To identify process bottlenecks and de-congestion of processes to ensure optimum output. Will identify and plan training and other resource requirements to ensure compliance of production targets.

Assistant Quality Engineer

Interested candidate must have minimum 3 years of work experience at a similar post in an organisation of repute.  The candidate should be minimum Graduate / B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation field. Must have experience in Quality control, inspection and calibration practices in an organisation of repute. Work experience in an engineering industry with exposure to use of precision measuring instrument like slip gauges, micrometers, vernier calipers etc. will be an added advantage. Should have experience in handling 15 to 20 subordinates on a daily basis.

Responsibilities & Duties:

As Assistant Quality Engineer, you will be assisting the Manager (Quality Control & Maintenance) in his day to day activities. You will be responsible for compliance of various quality and inspection parameters at various stages of production. Will be responsible for maintenance of calibration and other precision requirement of all measuring and testing equipment and apparatus. Maintain a comprehensive list of various testing and measuring equipment and apparatus. Plan and implement the monthly / weekly / daily calibration plan to ensure precision accuracy required for all instruments. Will ensure effective disposal of non-conforming components / finished products. In addition to this you will also be responsible for planning and implementing the preventive maintenance schedule of the plant and machinery, jigs, fixtures etc. You will co-ordinate with various Production supervisors / heads as and when required to ensure that all plant and machinery are in working order. You will be responsible to assigning the maintenance tasks to the maintenance team as and when required. Will be responsible for maintaining the relevant records of preventative and breakdown maintenance as per various ISO standards. Will identify and plan training and other resource requirements.
